Another great Hammer-In is over. The weather cooperated except for strong winds on Friday but temperatures in the 70s all weekend.

Forging Contest - Starting with an 8" long piece of 3/4" X 1/4" flat bar with two 5/16" holes at one end spaced 1.5" apart, draw out the rest of the bar small enough to thread through the two 5/16" holes in sequence. The smith with the longest end protruding through the second hole is the winner. Time limit 35 minutes.
